Our Mission
Studio in the Oaks is intended to provide a nurturing environment where students--both young and older--learn the fine arts of piano and vocal expression. Through solid step-by-step instruction and intentional, positive encouragement, we take students from their current levels of learning and ability to the next levels and beyond. Using proven musical techniques and theory, we strive to enhance the lives of our students by helping them reach their personal/professional musical goals.
Can you learn classical music at Studio in the Oaks? Yes! And you can also learn traditional jazz, country western, contemporary, big band era, and many others. We will give you the basic tools and training so you can branch out into any kind of music you want to pursue.
Bottom line: we want to teach you to love music and to incorporate it into your life as a personal--and even perhaps professional--way of expressing yourself.
